Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
- Because our items are custom printed on demand, please contact us at contact@tactiletremors.com before returning an item to receive instructions and the correct return shipping address.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please email us with a photo of the defect, and we will issue a free replacement or full refund immediately without requiring a return.
